
Timothy P. Daniels
Tim graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from BYU as well.
After being admitted to the Utah Bar in 2004, Tim served 6 years as an active duty Air Force JAG attorney and has worked as a JAG attorney in the Air Force Reserve since 2010. His Air Force work has taken him all over the U.S., as well as Japan, Cuba, Guam, and South Korea.
In early 2011, Tim chose to move to Southern Utah to raise his family. He is married and has five children.
Tim has volunteer experience with the Boy Scouts of America, the Utah Association for Justice, the Freedom Festival in Provo, and the Family Support Center in Cedar City. He is a member of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce and the Utah Adoption Council.
David A. Nelson
David has worked for Tim since October 2019 as a Paralegal and Marketing Assistant. He earned his Associate of Science in General Studies from SUU and is currently working on his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. David plans on attending Law School after graduating from SUU.
As Tim's Paralegal and Marketing Assistant, David mostly manages Tim's social media pages and blog. He makes sure Tim has a current online presence and shares relevant content to help clients learn about Tim's practice and experience. David also helps in the discovery process for Worker's Comp cases and filing paperwork in the court for adoptions.
David is an eagle scout and served for two years as a missionary volunteer for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Spokane, Washington. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his wife, playing the guitar, reading good books, and playing sports with his friends.
